Mesquite Oasis RV Park

Read each rule carefully. Enter your initials in the box at the end of each section.

• 1.All outside visitors must be registered with security prior to entrance on the property and management notified. All visitors must vacate premises by 10 pm. No overnight visitors. Quiet time is from 10 pm to 5 am.
• 2.Vehicles must be parked in designated areas only. Non-compliance will result in vehicles being tagged and towed at the owner's expense.
• 3.Disrespectful behavior towards guests, staff or the facility will not be tolerated. Fighting or abusive behavior will result in eviction and reported to the Sheriff's Office.
• 4.Speed limit is 10 MPH. If you fail to follow the speed limit, you will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
• 5.Public intoxication and/or open containers will not be tolerated.
• 6.Illegal drugs and/or paraphernalia are not allowed on the premises.
• 7.No children or animals are allowed in any of the buildings.
• 8.Fireworks, weapons, firearms, and restricted weapons (i.e. Tasers) are not allowed on any of the premises. Any weapon found will be reported to the Sheriff's Office.
• 9.No fires are permitted at any time. BBQs must be on the ground and a minimum of 10 feet from structures. No candles or open flames permitted.
• 10.Smoking/vaping is not permitted in guest rooms or on any decks. Violation will result in a $250.00 cleaning fee and eviction.

• 11.Rooms will be entered by housekeeping/Front Desk staff as needed. Cleaning consists of one linen and towel change per week. If you need towels before cleaning day, bring dirty ones to office and exchange for clean ones.
• 12.Tampering with or removal of any smoke alarm will result in eviction.
• 13.Do not flush baby wipes, shop towels, hand towels or face cloths down the toilet.
• 14.Do not disturb signs may be used as needed. However, after a third day it is our policy to enter rooms to clean and inspect.
• 15.You are responsible for items in your room. Property damage/replacement and unreasonable cleanup will be subject to charge back and could result in eviction.
• 16.Air conditioning must not be set lower than 72°F.
• 17.Washers and dryers are in the laundry room. Please remove your laundry within 15 minutes of load stopping.
• 18.Please contact Front Desk with any maintenance issues.
• 19.Monthly payments are due on the 1st of each month. If payment is not received by close of business on the 4th, a $50 late fee will be assessed. NO REFUNDS for unused stays. Cancellation results in a $50.00 fee. Our rates are 2-person rates.
• 20.Upon checking out, any unpaid charges will be charged to the payment method on file. Check-out at front desk by 11 am. Take all belongings — you will not be able to access your room after checkout.

• 1.No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
• 2.No glass containers in pool area (if caught, your access code will be deleted).
• 3.No food in pool area; picnic cabanas are outside the pool fence.
• 4.Children must be accompanied by one adult (18+). No one under 16 allowed unsupervised.
• 5.No children in regular diapers — swim diapers only.
• 6.No smoking or vaping in pool area.
• 7.Emergency — call 911.
• 8.No diving, running or rough horseplay.
• 9.Management reserves the right to deny use of pool to anyone at any time.
• 10.Pool is for resident use only. No outside guests without approval ($10 per guest/per day).
• 11.Do not use emergency floats or hooks except in an emergency.
• 12.No swimming during lightning/thunderstorms.
• 13.Absolutely no pets in pool area.
• 14.If anyone makes a 911 call that is not an emergency, the resulting fine will be charged back to the responsible party.

• Monthly payments are due on the 1st of each month. If payment is not received by close of business on the 4th, a $50 late fee will be assessed.
• NO REFUNDS for unused stays. Cancellation will result in a $50.00 fee.
• Our rates are 2-person rates. Payment accepted via ACH or credit/debit card. No cash accepted.
• No pets allowed off leash.
• Speed limit is 10 MPH.
• I agree that I received a copy of the Rules of the RV Park and signed them.
• I agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this contract.

I hereby grant and authorize Mesquite Oasis RV Park the right to take, edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, distribute and make use of any and all pictures or video taken of me to be used in any lawful promotional materials including newsletters, flyers, posters, brochures, websites, advertisements, and social networking sites without payment or consideration. I waive any right to royalties or other compensation. I understand these materials shall become the property of Mesquite Oasis RV Park and will not be returned.
